Our new system will reduce your costs, get photos to you quicker and make it easier for you to access your photos.

Here is how it works:

• Usually within 48 hours of your shoot you will be emailed a link to a private gallery of your photos.
• Each gallery includes an order form that makes it easy for you to let us know which photos you’ve selected.
• Your selected photos will be given a final adjustment and a link will be sent to you usually within 48 hours of your order so you can easily download the full-size, high-res. photo files.

We have adjusted our prices to make this feature less expensive than the traditional disk delivery system. Of course, if you prefer the traditional disk, it is still available.

SHOOTING CHARGES

                                                      1/4 day (up to 2 hours): $185.00

                                                      1/2 day (up to 4 hours): $350.00

                                                      Full day (up to 8 hours): $600.00

(NYC jobs are subject to a $150.00 surcharge)

DIGITAL CHARGES

Direct Digital

      Basic Charge (this applies to all jobs): $20.00 per each unit of 35 files (photos). Includes posting photos to a private internet gallery for your viewing usually within 48 hours (m-f)

 Additional Charges:

            Adjusted file (photo) posted to internet gallery for downloading (or burned to cd):

              $2.00 per file (turn around time is usually 48 hours for orders of under 40 files, m-f)

              $30.00 per unit of 35 files (unit rate applies on orders of more than 20 files each)

           CD or DVD (of entire shoot as posted to the web with each file adjusted):

              $30.00  per unit of 35 files (turn around time is 2 to 3 weeks)

           Proof prints

              $20.00  per unit of 35 files for a set of 4x6 proof quality prints

           Proof sheet

              $12.00  per unit of 35 files for a 8x11 sheet

           B&W conversion

              $20.00  per unit of 35 files

           Extra CD or DVD

              $10.00  per CD or DVD

Turn around time is usually 5 working days (unless otherwise specified), but next day service and same day service can often be accommodated with advance notice. Note that time spent on site working with pictures and files will be included as part of the shooting charges.

PRINT CHARGES

Machine color / b&w:

              $2.00 for 4x6 reprints

              $6.00 for 5x7 reprints

              $12.00 for 8x10 reprints

Turn around time is usually five working days. Cut off time for orders is noon. Orders placed after noon are classified as having come in the following day. Rush service--next day and same day service--can often be accommodated at 100% and 200% additional. Call for details also call for any custom requests.

MATERIAL & MISC. CHARGES

This price list assumes that the work will be shot in a digital format using a standard assortment of equipment. Work in other formats will require that the client pay for equipment rental. Other costs to the client include but are not limited to mileage (when applicable), tolls, parking, courier services, model fees, model screening fees, assistant fees (when necessary), and other rentals (when necessary).

CAPTIONING CHARGES

Light:   $5.00 per unit of 35 files

Heavy: $25.00 per unit of 35 files

Captioning can be furnished only if the workload allows and with assistance from the client. The service is provided on a unit of 35 digital images basis. Light captioning gives general information about each unit of photos. Heavy captioning gives file by file and/or left-to-right identifications. Although every effort will be made to provide correct information, the photographer is not responsible for errors or lapses in gathering the information.

WEB PHOTO HOSTING

Gives gallery access to people who want to download photo files or purchase prints of the photos we have taken for you.*

• You will be provided with a link to a gallery specifically created for you. You can either incorporate the link on your web site or e-mail it to whoever you wish.
• Your logo or text of your choice will be posted as the gallery’s header and footer.
• Print orders & fulfillment are taken care of by an online print service.
• Your gallery, like all our galleries, is private to everyone except those you have given access.

There are two plans to suit your needs:

Plan A:

A reposting of your proof gallery of a specific shoot. It gives viewers the ability to purchase 4x6 and 5x7 proof quality prints only**.

Plan B:

You can only post the downloadable files that you have purchased from a specific shoot. It comes with these features:

• You can select the files you wish to make available.
• The photo files will be free for your viewers to download, but people will be charged for prints they order.**

4 months of hosting for either plan: $150.00 per gallery

CANCELLATIONS

With less than 2 days notice: $100.

TERMS

Invoices are sent out with orders. Net is due 30 days from invoice date. If payment is not received in 90 days a $25.00 per month per invoice late penalty is charged. All costs involved in recovering payment are the responsibility of the client.

Work for hire doubles the shooting fees in some cases.

Possession of this price list does not necessarily entitle the holder to the prices shown nor is it necessarily an offer to sell. All prices are subject to change without notice. No adjustment will be made because of price changes.

*This service is also available for photo files not shot by us. In that case, a one-time setup fee per gallery will be charged depending on the number of files involved. Call for details.
